Gifted and Talented Programme
This programme gives the more able young people in the area the opportunity to compete in a number of challenges and activities designed to expand their skills beyond the academia world. Our business partners will work closely in both the design and delivery stages of the programme to ensure that the activities reflect the challenges facing today’s businesses. By engaging a range of business partners we are able to reflect different viewpoints which will include aspects such as corporate social responsibility and respect for diversity.
Businesses will often use this programme as a means of attracting young talent to their business or simply to raise the company profile. The educational sector may select this programme for their gifted and talented students to give them the opportunity to compete in a challenging environment.
